Procedures
• Hand the alloys to the employee of the Handling and Hall marking department/ Precious Metals directorate (along with the customs declaration if they were imported).
• Receiving the deposit statement and payment of fees in the Organization's fund.
• Testing of alloys in the Precious Metals Directorate.
• Refer to the organization to receive the test result.
• Hand the stamped deposit statement to the employee of Handling and Hall marking department
• Receiving the test results if the alloys are local.
If the alloys were imported:
• In case of conformity of the test results: Hand the sealed deposit statement to the employee at the department of Handling and Hall marking, then receive the alloys and the completed customs transaction.
• In case of non-conformity of the test results: Re-export
Required Documents
A written declaration showing the weight, type and the authorized karat measure in case the alloys were local.
Customs declaration in case the alloys were imported.
